It is important that you read our full Terms & Usage Policy to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be granted, as all digital products are non-subscription and clearly defined for your convenience.

Nature Of Digital Products

All products sold on our platform are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • Website & Landing Page Design Kits

  • UI/UX & Figma Templates

  • 3D Models & Digital Assets

  • Sound Effects & Video Effects

  • Toolkits, Bundles, and Business Resources

Once payment is completed:

  • The product becomes instantly accessible for download, and/or

  • A secure download link is sent manually via email to the registered email address.

Because of this instant access, all sales are generally final.

No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the intangible and irreversible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once:

  • The download link has been accessed

  • The files have been delivered via email

  • The product has been made available for download

This policy exists to prevent misuse, duplication, and unauthorized redistribution of digital assets.

Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer

  • Technical issue where the product was not delivered at all, and our support team is unable to resolve it

  • Incorrect product delivered (verified by our team)

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.

Non - Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of knowledge or skill to use the product

  • Incompatibility with your software, tools, or system

  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements

  • Partial downloads or unused products

  • Delay caused by incorrect email address provided by the customer

  • Claims raised after accessing or downloading the files

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take payment disputes seriously.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products

  • Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account suspension and permanent access revocation

For dispute resolution, we maintain:

  • Payment logs

  • Email delivery proof

  • Download access records

  • IP and transaction verification

These are shared with payment gateways and banks if required.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank

  • Gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees are non-refundable
